How to reset the speaker?
The current version has no reset function yet. We are checking with our engineer how to add it in future order.

What to do if you cannot find the speaker in BT devices list?
On your mobile device, turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. Then try pairing again.
Delete the speaker from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. Then try pairing again.
Move your mobile device closer to the speaker and away from any interference or obstructions. Please make sure the speaker are not connected to another device.

What to do if the speaker doesn’t turn on?
Please charge the speaker for 30 minutes first and then try to turn on the speaker again.

What does IPX7 mean?
IPX7 means the speaker can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
