How to reset the speaker?
To reset your speaker, press and hold the Multi-function button for 8 seconds. This will automatically reset the speaker and power it off.
What to do if you cannot find the speaker in BT devices list?
On your mobile device, turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. Then try pairing again.
· Delete the speaker from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. Then try pairing again.
· Move your mobile device closer to the speaker and away from any interference or obstructions. Please make sure the speaker is not connected to any other device.
What to do if the speaker doesn’t turn on?
Please charge the speaker for 30 minutes first and then try to turn on the speaker again.
How to pair two Oceanside speakers for stereo function?
1. Turn on both speakers.
2. Double-press the Multi-function button on one of the speakers. This speaker will be the primary speaker for pairing.
3. It may take a few seconds for the speakers to connect. Check the indicator lights to confirm the left/right channels: the left channel (primary speaker) will have a flashing white light, while the right channel speaker will show a solid white light.
4. On your smartphone, open the Bluetooth menu and pair it with the speakers by selecting “Urban Vitamin Oceanside”. Only one “Urban Vitamin Oceanside” will be displayed, as both speakers are combined into a single connection.
