How to reset the earbuds?
Delete the pairing name on your mobile phone and turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone. Turn off the earbuds manually by pressing the touch button pon both earbuds for 5 seconds. Then press the touch button for 10 seconds until you hear “pairing”
What to do if you cannot find the earbuds in the BT devices list?
Take out the earbuds from the charging case and wait until the LED light on the earbuds flash in white, or when you wear it in ear, you hear ” Pairing”). You then should be able to find the earbuds in the BT devices list. If not, please make sure this earbud didn’t connect to other device. If this isnt the case, do a factory reset.
Can I connect the earbuds to my computer or laptop?
Yes, but you can connect only if the computer and laptop have the Bluetooth function.
What to do when only 1 earbud connects?
If you need to use as mono one ( single bud), just pick only one side out of charging case, and could use only one earbud. If you need to use 2 earbuds together, then please pick another side out of charging case, and wait for it automatically connect to another side earbud. If another bud didn’t connect back, please do factory reset.
What if the music keeps playing when I put the earbuds back in the charging case?
Please make sure you put earbuds into charging case, and it shows red LED ( Red LED means charging), and then close charging case cover. Please make sure charging pin of earbuds and charging case is clear with no dirty which would cause charging issue, and please make sure earbuds were well touched by charging case. If above doesnt work, the charging case might be fully out of power and needs to be recharged.
What does the IPX version of my earbuds stand for?
IPX5 stands for splash proof.
